Gerard Butler looked in top form tonight for the London premiere of Olympus Has Fallen. The film directed by Antoine Fuqua, and starring Morgan Freeman, Aaron Eckhart as well as Butler, -who was LATE- relates to disgraced former Presidential guard Mike Banning who finds himself trapped inside the White House in the wake of a terrorist attack; using his inside knowledge, Banning works with national security to rescue the President from his kidnappers.

The premiere at the Imax cinema in Waterloo, saw the cast sans Morgan Freeman, sadly. Eckhart and Butler looked good but once again in dull grey -Butler- suits. Which just left me to shoot headshots/portraits of them. For the colourful pictures, it was left once again to the lovely ladies -some anyway- from TV land. Cast members from Made In Chelsea and The Only Way Is Essex -don’t groan- made an appearance and visually livened up a cold premiere in London.

The winner in the frock stakes was the gorgeous Frankie Essex, from erm, The Only Way Is Essex -TOWIE- who stole the show with her flowery dress and uber sensual curves. She also won the cleavage of the eve, by far. Runner-up was the sweet Lydia Bright -TOWIE- with an electric blue number, followed in third place by the adorable Jessica Wright, who sadly for the photos wore black. Though she looked beautiful, the black gets lost in the background of the photos and loses impact. Booo-Hooo. Gabriella Ellis from Made In Chelsea looked cool but also in black.

Car crash of the night was Bo Bruce -singer from BBC 2’s The Voice- not so much for her outfit, but because she looked like she had left rehab without telling anyone, and used a sawn off shotgun to put her make up on. One blast each eye. Her hair looked likewise.

Apart from the unusually freezing cold weather for the time of the year, the premiere turned out to be better than I dreaded.

Tomorrow, I do it all over again with Tom Cruise.

Over and out.
