Attention world, US actress Lyndsy Fonseca from the “Kick-Ass” movie has dealt a death blow to her marriage after filling for divorce from her husband Matthew Smiley citing “irreconcilable differences.”

They were married in April 2009 and split in July 2012. They have no children. 

According to the legal documents, Lyndsy wants to block the court from awarding Matthew spousal support.
