2013’s Best And Worst Dressed Celebrities
TOWIE star Lucy Mecklenburgh has beaten Beyonce and Nicole Scherzinger to be crowned this year’s best dressed celebrity, according to a poll by money saving site PromotionalCodes.org.uk.
Justin Bieber was named the worst dressed, followed by Holly Hagan and Lady Gaga.

Despite announcing his immanent retirement from the world of music, Justin Bieber was named as 2013’s worst dressed celeb in the poll by money saving site PromotionalCodes.org.uk.
Reality TV star Lucy, topped the poll of 750 women who were asked to choose their best and worst dressed celebrities from the past 12 months.
Scoring more than a fifth of the votes, 22%, Lucy Mecklenburgh, beat X Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger on 19% who came second.

Singing sensation Beyoncé came third followed by actress Jennifer Lawrence in fourth and model Cara Delevingne in fifth.
Youngest of the Kardashian clan, Kendall Jenner took the sixth spot beating the Saturday’s Rochelle Humes into seventh place.
Eighth and ninth positions were reserved for TV stars Louise Thompson and Michelle Keegan, whilst model and I’m a Celeb star Amy Willerton rounded up the list in tenth place.
Teen crooner Justin Bieber proved less popular, topping the list of this years worst dressed celebs with over a third, 34% of the vote – possible due to his love of low slung trousers.
Geordie Shore star Holly Hagan, trailed in second place with almost a fifth of votes, 18%, ahead of Lady Gaga in third place.
Wrecking Ball singer Miley Cyrus took the number four spot but was closely followed by troubled pop star Tulisa Contostavlos in fifth place.
In sixth place came actress Chelsee Healey whilst Kim Kardashian took the seventh spot.
Rapper Nicki Minaj, polled in eighth position but was closely followed by Rita Ora in ninth and Made in Chelsea’s Phoebe Lettice in tenth.
One woman who took part in the poll commented: “It was very easy to pick who was this year’s worst dressed celeb, it just had to be Justin Bieber.
“I mean when he decides to actually wear some clothes they are truly awful, his trousers always seem to be hanging round his ankles.
“Those stupid shoes he wears as well really get on my nerves – why does he have to wear stuff like that? Just why?”
Another said: “I absolutely loved Nicole Scherzinger’s style this year. Some of the outfits she wore on the X Factor were simply amazing.
“Plus she has one of those figures which makes her able to wear anything and still make it look stylish.”
PromotionalCodes.org.uk spokesperson Louise Martin commented: “2013 has seen some fantastic fashion highlights, but also some shocking fashion faux pas.
“Who could forget the disastrous maternity outfits Kim Kardashian wore or Miley Cyrus’ horrendous skin coloured bikini during the now infamous twerking incident.
“At the other end of the spectrum, we’ve witnessed some top style choices from the likes of Lucy Mecklenburgh, Nicole and Beyoncé, I can’t wait to see what 2014 brings for them.
