The glamour model seemed to be doing her best horse impression as she celebrated five years of “KP Equestrian”.

Taking part in the photocall at The Worx studios in London, the pregnant star sported a very pink horse costume. 

Complete with ears, Katie showed off her bright pink ombre’ mane.
