Mythos: Ragnarök – Norse Mythology Meets Wrestling on Stage

Alexandra Palace and theatres across the UK host the touring spectacle Mythos: Ragnarök, a unique fusion of theatre, comedy, and professional wrestling.

After four sell-out runs at Edinburgh Fringe and international performances, Mythos: Ragnarök is coming to the UK in 2026. The show blends Norse mythology, theatrical storytelling, and the thrill of professional wrestling to create a one-of-a-kind experience for audiences.

The story follows iconic Norse figures such as Loki, Thor, Odin, and Freyja as they scramble to prevent the foretold end of the world, Ragnarök. Hilarious, fast-paced, and visually striking, the production is performed entirely by professional wrestlers, combining athletic spectacle with theatrical flair.

The UK tour will star writer and creator Ed Gamester as Loki, alongside Howard Drake as Odin, Fin McCarthy as Borr and Fenrir, Louise Young as Gullveig, Beau Charles as Baldr, and Heidi Katrina as Freyja. Joining them are James Dunn as Thor, Sam Gardiner as Surtr and Jormungandr, Daisy Jenkins as Hel, and Melanie Watson, the show’s designer, as Skuld.

Director and creator Ed Gamester says: “This show is unique, groundbreaking, and above all fun. It’s a fusion of theatre and wrestling that audiences keep coming back for year after year.”
