NICOLAS ROUZAUD TURNS SIGNATURE PÂTISSERIE PINK IN SUPPORT OF BREAST CANCER NOW

This October, the refined elegance of Nicolas Rouzaud’s pâtisserie takes on a purposeful new hue. Known for his impeccable craftsmanship, Rouzaud, the award-winning master pâtissier behind The Connaught’s celebrated pastry offerings, is turning his signature entremet a delicate shade of pink in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Nestled within the understated luxury of The Connaught in London’s Mayfair, Rouzaud’s pâtisserie has long been synonymous with impeccable technique and seasonal creativity. This month, the house favourite — a symphony of vanilla mousse, raspberry compote, lemon curd, génoise sponge, and almond crunch — dons a rosy mantle, transforming the indulgence into a statement piece. It’s a reminder that pâtisserie is not simply about taste but about emotion and connection, as Rouzaud himself observes. The choice of pink, universally recognised as the colour of breast cancer awareness, adds a poignant resonance to each bite.

From 1 to 31 October, guests can enjoy this limited-edition creation both in London and abroad, with availability at Rouzaud’s Maison de Haute Pâtisserie in Doha’s Four Seasons – The Pearl-Qatar, as well as the Place Vendôme, Qatar. Priced at £14 for takeaway and £17 for dine-in, the campaign is as much about indulgence as it is about impact: 20% of all proceeds will be donated directly to Breast Cancer Now, the UK’s leading breast cancer research and support charity.

Breast Cancer Now continues to be a vital force in research, awareness, and patient support — a cause that touches countless lives, and one that Rouzaud has chosen to champion through the universal language of pastry. This collaboration between artisan skill and social commitment offers a moment of sweetness with real significance.

Whether savoured alongside a morning coffee at The Connaught or as a well-earned treat in Doha, this cake reminds us that even the smallest gestures can ripple outwards, blending craftsmanship and care in perfect harmony.

Nicolas Rouzaud’s pâtisserie is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and weekends from 10am to 6pm. More details and orders are available at nicolasrouzaud.com and theconnaught.co.uk.
