This autumn, Sadler’s Wells promises an extraordinary season of dance, featuring some of the world’s most innovative choreographers and performances that push artistic boundaries. Headlining the season is the return of acclaimed choreographer Akram Khan with his latest work, GIGENIS: The Generation of the Earth, a stunning exploration of mythology, nature, and humanity’s connection to the planet. Joining him on Sadler’s Wells’ iconic stage are fellow luminaries Hofesh Shechter, Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker, and Michael Keegan-Dolan, each bringing powerful new works to life.
Khan’s return to the stage is set to captivate audiences, delving deep into his roots with Indian classical dance forms and live musicians, while Shechter’s newest full-length piece dives into the subconscious, exploring human emotions through his characteristic cinematic style.
