Free tickets, on-field access, and surprise events — all part of Verizon’s new World Cup campaign fronted by the global football icon.
David Beckham is front and centre of Verizon’s new FIFA World Cup 26™ campaign — and fans are getting more than just a slick ad. The telecoms giant has announced Verizon Ultimate Access, a customer-only program offering thousands of free World Cup tickets, on-field “Golden Ticket” experiences, and exclusive fan events in the lead-up to the tournament.
Beckham appears alongside football stars including Tim Howard, Gisele and Alyssa Thompson, Chucky Lozano, and Sergio Agüero in the campaign, which officially launched today.
“There are few things as exciting as experiencing football live,” Beckham said. “I’m proud to partner with Verizon to give fans unprecedented access to the tournament.”
Starting October 2 at 9AM EST, Verizon customers in the U.S. can claim free tickets via the My Verizon app. A Golden Ticket sweepstakes launches in November, offering pitchside viewing spots during World Cup matches — about as close to the game as it gets without lacing up.

More surprises, giveaways, and celebrity-led events are planned in the coming months — all tied to Verizon Access, the company’s premium perks platform.
Verizon is also the official connectivity provider for the tournament, powering infrastructure at stadiums across North America. At FIFA matches this year alone, U.S. fans used over 148 terabytes of data — the equivalent of 57 years of continuous streaming.
With Beckham on board and the World Cup heading stateside in 2026, Verizon’s campaign is part fandom, part flex — and fully aimed at putting fans closer to football’s biggest stage.
