The London premiere of We’re The Millers kicked off in Leicester Square with a BLUE erm ‘red carpet’ which served Kimberly Garner very well as she was the only one wearing a red frock. I have to say that it was Ms Garner’s outfit which saved the premiere as far as outfits go, and everything else. She looked AMAZING!
Whilst we waited for Jennifer Aniston who arrived last, -good ploy, as I would’ve left ages ago- I sighed with despair when I saw her dress and her hair. How hard can it be? Jennifer’s hair looked like she had been dragged through a hedge… Twice… Having slept in a park bench the night before. Shoot the stylist and hair stylist, at least with a fully loaded paint gun. Judging by Jen’s dress, she seemed to think she was going for a picnic in Priory Park instead of a film premiere in London. Her co-star Jason Sudeikis -never heard of him, if I have I can’t remember – looked quite unremarkable as most men do at premieres. Will Poulter was a true gent with his fans, and seemed to sign autographs all evening.
The film goes like this: After being robbed of a week’s take, small-time pot dealer David is forced by his boss to go to Mexico to pick up a load of marijuana. In order to improve his odds of making it past the border, David asks the broke stripper Rose and two local teenagers to join him and pretend they’re on a family holiday. Good job he didn’t ask the two hapless idiots Melissa -Speed- Reid and Michaella McCollom -McMoron- Connolly -who are now rightly languishing in a Peruvian jail- as his plot would’ve been a non starter.
