Actor Kevin Spacey has been charged with indecent assault and battery for allegedly sexually assaulting an 18-year-old man in the bar of The Club Car restaurant in July 2016.
He is scheduled to be arraigned in Nantucket District Court Monday, Jan. 7.
A show-cause hearing was held on Nantucket Dec. 20 in front of clerk magistrate Brian Kearney, who issued the criminal complaint against Spacey, 59, also referred to in court documents as Kevin Fowler.

According to reports submitted to the court, the young man – a busboy at The Club Car and the son of former WCVB Boston news anchor Heather Unruh – told State Police investigators Spacey bought him drinks in the crowded bar after his shift was over, made suggestive comments, unzipped his pants and rubbed him over his underwear.

After allegations of sexual abuse and his consequent charge for sexual abuse, Kevin Spacey shares this video he made a few days ago seemingly ‘threatening’ to reveal (?) the elites he knows are deep in the mire as him. Note the British Royal mug he shows us… Plot is very thick indeed.
Kevin Spacey’s request to avoid court denied
Actor Kevin Spacey must attend a scheduled court appearance next week on indecent assault allegations after a judge rejected his bid to be excused.
Former House of Cards star Kevin Spacey must appear in a US court on accusations that he groped a young man in 2016, a judge has ruled.
The 59-year-old Oscar-winning actor had argued he should be excused from attending his January 7 arraignment at the Nantucket District Court in Massachusetts because his presence would “amplify the negative publicity already generated in connection with this case.”
But Judge Thomas Barrett on Monday denied Spacey’s request. Spacey has said he will plead not guilty to felony indecent assault and battery.
