The latest release in The Britologne Collection draws on friendship, performance and the atmosphere of Covent Garden.
Thameen London has unveiled Bravi, the third fragrance in its Britologne Collection, created under the artistic direction of Christopher Chong. Reworked as a Cologne Elixir, the scent builds on the classic cologne structure with greater depth and longevity.
The starting point is the opera house in Covent Garden. For Chong, the idea came from returning to the opera after the pandemic and reconnecting with friends who shared that ritual. One of those friends happened to be a leading soprano. Another was perfumer Bruno Jovanovic. The result was a decision to mark the occasion with a fragrance centred on trust, friendship and loyalty, qualities that felt newly visible after time apart.

Jovanovic, who previously worked with Thameen London on Fanfare, describes Bravi as the final chapter in a loose Covent Garden trilogy. This time the focus is on theatrical excess and transformation, with the imagined scent of the Queen of the Night flower at its core. The fragrance leans into drama rather than restraint, designed firmly for evening wear.
Tuberose sits at the heart of the composition, intensified with ginger and saffron, then softened with honey. In the base, a walnut milk accord adds an unexpected gourmand edge alongside vanilla and tobacco. The result is rich and sensual, but still anchored by the brightness expected of a modern cologne.
The name Bravi comes from the Italian word shouted at the end of a strong performance. Chong chose the plural form deliberately, reflecting Thameen London’s inclusive ethos and the collective nature of applause. It also nods to the spirit of shared experience that inspired the fragrance in the first place.
Bravi is presented in Thameen London’s signature frosted glass bottle with a silver magnetic cap. Packaging follows the brand’s ongoing move towards reduced materials and reuse, with a compact hinged box designed to be kept beyond its original purpose.
