Having arrived late from another party at Ham Hotel for last night’s now traditional GQ dinner to mark the end of London Collections: Men, it was a case of gulping a flute or two of champers with fellow guests before everyone sat down for the dinner. Guests enjoyed Belvedere cocktails, Veuve Cliquot champagne and three courses washed down with Cloudy Bay and Terrazas wines. Not to mention the company of Tinie Tempah, David Gandy, Dermot O’Leary,Graham Norton, Nick Grimshaw, Daisy Lowe, Jessie J, Samuel L Jackson amongst others. Samuel and I shared a joke as regarding my erm height, and his lack of hair… Join the dots yourselves dear readers. To borrow a phrase from a certain reigning best-dressed British man, “Yeah, we bring the stars out” – no word yet though on whether this event will also be immortalised in verse…
