Jazz, roaming performers and live painting return to the riverside venue next to Fulham FC, as Fulham Pier celebrates one year with a weekend of free events.

Fulham Pier marks its first birthday on Sunday 21 June with a free Family Sunday programme timed with Father’s Day.

The riverside venue, next to Fulham Football Club, will host live jazz, a roaming magician, a bubbleologist, and children’s craft activities across the afternoon. Face painting and informal entertainment run alongside food and drink from Riverside Market.

A week earlier, on 14 June, artist Sophie Tea will present Under the Pier, a live painting installation created on site. The work will be developed in public view along the Thames, with workshops running alongside the installation.

Both events are free to attend.

The programme reflects Fulham Pier’s wider approach since opening: a mix of cultural programming, food and informal events across its seven-level riverside site. The venue sits beside Craven Cottage and includes restaurants, a hotel and event spaces.
