London’s fashion crowd was out in force to celebrate the launch of Bronte, The Strand’s glamourous new restaurant. Stylish guests dressed to impress as they congregated in the stunning space designed by Tom Dixon; as Bronte makes a bid for the title of the London fashionista’s favourite new hangout.

Tom Dixon OBE welcomed friends from the fashion and design worlds to enjoy his new creation.

Billie J D Porter took to the DJ decks sporting an Alexander McQueen number, before catching up with Stephen Jones OBE, milliner to the stars.

Designers Nicholas Kirkwood, Gareth Pugh, Lou Dalton, Joe Alvarez, Percy Parker and Markus Lupfer led the British fash-pack by the hordes. Model Lily Cole dropped by on the way home to her baby girl, just as Daniel Lismore arrived dressed to impress in one of his ever-bold outfits.

Between DJ sets, partygoers sipped Rum-Bar rum punch cocktails made with Bronte’s signature freshly squeezed juices and enjoyed the light and flavoursome canapés by the restaurant’s talented kitchen team led by Andrew Lassetter including delicious octopus and scallops, succulent beef and lamb chops and, among my favourites, crispy goats cheese and sesame balls.
